Policy

Event Refunds

If necessary, a refund can be issued up to 7 (seven) full days before the event start. By default, fees are not refunded on ticket orders. This means that you will receive a refund for the amount you paid minus the Eventbrite fees*. As an alternative to a refund, you can transfer the credit of that payment to attending a future event.

If you require to cancel within 7 (seven) days of the event you will receive no refund, but you can transfer the ticket to another person. Please contact us at the earliest opportunity to notify such a change.

*If the refund reason is “Duplicate order", or "Event cancelled or postponed", the fees will be refunded as well.
