As we expand into Summer and reach out to new and exciting opportunities for growth, it is easy to forget that we are the centre of all that we do and that in every moment we deserve, and can provide ourselves with more love. The more we can listen to and nurture our body and heart-mind, the more love we can give to each moment, a greater sense of harmony with what arises. This month we will explore conscious loving touch, breath and movement. We will take time to meditate and cultivate, hear your sound, explore Ki and exercises in conscious connection, offer quiet space of reflection, and encourage you to get up, dance and Raise the Energy.

At all times you are free to participate as much as you wish, and if you feel more comfortable observing exercises, that will be respected.
