Waken Connect Transform Workshop - Boundaries & Consent

Our workshops focus on principles of Waken Connect Transform - as we invite you to waken more consciously into your daily life, to connect more fully with yourself and the world around you, and to continually transform your whole experience.

In our March 16th Boundaries and Consent Workshop, we will continue the exploration of our personal boundaries and consent, using a selection of gentle and accessible activities - individually, in pairs, and groups. We will touch on deepening the awareness of our body, mind, and heart, and we will explore the boundaries we set as we navigate life, the choices in consent that we make, and whether or not they actually serve our growth and development. At all times you are free to participate as much as you wish, and if you feel more comfortable just observing an activity that will be fully respected.
